Diet mixing
Yes, like so many others, I'm dieting.... sort of. I mix my diet plans. I detest counting calories and "points" so I'm trying to cut down on calorie intake, stepping up my daily activities (per say), and attempting to eat better foods. Note: "attempting" is the operative word. Today breakfast was fresh fruits, yogurt, and wheat toast. BUT... the toast had orange marmalade on it and the yogurt was strawberry. I also had half 'n half in my coffee. On to lunch: brown rice with mixed veg. It was seasoned with soy sauce and oregano. Not too bad. I followed it with a biscotti and low fat milk. Not bad that. Now I'm on coffee break at work. I have half a cup of coffee with non dairy creamer. What with? A Lindor chocolate truffle. Alright, alright... I fail. We'll see how I do at dinner then.

Good job for writing a likeable post! ;)
I should send you the 3 day diet Robin and Larry do every week. Between that and walking a half hour to an hour every day, they've each lost 20-25 pounds in the last 3ish months.
