Breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, lunchion....


I have to say, breakfast is one of my three favorite meals each day. In fact, it's probably my first favorite, lunch being second and dinner third. Let's face it. I love food. I love to eat. It's a wonder I'm not a rotund 500#

Yesterday's breakfast was mixed fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese, and yogurt. Lunch was at a Greek restaurant. I had spinach pie with fresh fruit and cottage cheese. (I skipped the bread. Have to skip something!) Dinner was a chicken pot pie and an ice cream sunday.

Is it any wonder then, I can't lose any weight? So far I've not gained any but I certainly could lose 10 - 15# and be the better for it. Sadly, I'd probably have to give up cookies and ice cream, and perhaps even begin to, *gulp* EXERCISE! Gosh. Why is it so easy to GAIN weight and so hard to LOSE it? Typical!
