Today, in the Black Swamp

This is a mixture of snow and freezing rain which has closed the local schools.  Nasty!  I'm glad Ben and the two of us are used to driving in adverse Winter conditions.  Of course, I can't say the same for others....  The Library will probably be full of ugly teenagers today.  (ugly: describing their behavior)  Ah well, I've the next three days off.  Using up vacation.  We are going to do some Christmas shopping tomorrow I think.  I'm actually looking forward to it!  I do most shopping online anymore.  Going to the mall may be some demented kind of fun!
