I GET TO KEEP MY CAR AND GET IT FIXED WITH INSURANCE MONEY!!The other guy’s insurance company is actually giving me more money than I need to get my car fixed! I still have to jump through a few hoops but it shouldn’t be nearly as hard as what I’ve already gone through.

So glad you're apparently going to get satisfaction. It's just so wrong that the at-fault driver's insurance company can try and take away something that is of value to you. I was about to suggest you get an attorney to write a little note "suggesting" the insurance company offer enough money to make things right for you. I hope your car is restored to your satisfaction and quickly. -- JG

Those Insurance guys are "tricksy!" Imagine wanting me to sign off my car without telling me how much money I'd be getting for it!
Glad that bit is over and we're on to the repair part. I FAXed off the Title today and a check from them will follow.
When we get it back I have to get a "Salvage Title" but it mostly just means a trip to Findlay. Piece of cake! (fingers crossed)
