It's been awhile.....

Saturday I worked all day and helped the computer tech get things lined up for the big system upgrade today. I think today will be an ugly day. Not really looking forward to it. I'll let you know how it goes then, shall I?
Saturday I also didn't really have anything to blog about so I didn't. So there!

Sunday (yesterday) Ben and I moved Andy back to Adrian College. We loaded up the old van and I drove. We hit town when it was time to eat so we went to Red Lobster. Today is Ben's birthday so when we ate out it was our treat for his meal. He got a pound of Snow Crab legs! Looked delicious. I got a Cesaer salad and Lobster Pizza. Scrummy! Then, with full stomachs we arrived at school. Andy signed for his keys, and we unloaded. His room is smaller than last year and in a different dorm. The whole building interior is freshly painted and carpeted so that bit is nice but the building really isn't that nice. It does have a parking lot in the rear and trees around. There is also a nice patio out back and right beside Andy's room is a lounge. That could be good or bad depending on who hangs out there and what they are doing whilst hanging out. Andy thinks he could have game parties there though which would be very convenient for him. Could work out well then. I decided to be nice and make up Andy's bed for the first time. I discovered the had forgotten his bed pillows! He will use his folded up comforter as a pillow until he comes home for Labor Day. After we left Andy, Ben and I went to the local mall and got frozen drinks and shopped a bit. On the way home we stopped and visited Ben's grandma (my mom). She was glad to see us and we had a very nice chat.
Whilst there Andy called my cell phone and wanted to talk to Ben. It seems that Andy's computer is sending him messages that it is overheating or something. He will also be bringing that home for inspection and possible repairs. He wants to build a new one but hasn't currently got the money to do it. Tisk, tisk! Got home at dinner time and I had almost nothing since I was still full from my lunchtime feeding frenzy.

Today's interesting fact:
There are rare blue, yellow, red, and white lobsters. Except for the white ones, they all turn red when cooked. I'd turn red if someone threw me into boiling water!! Ewww! ~Sue

well you have to forget something when you move! Good thing Andy's going home this weekend already. Hope his compy is ok!

A couple girls from work invited me to go to lunch with them (Pizza Hut!), and Nate's at work anyway, so we're leaving in a couple minutes :)
