**sigh**

My bloody back woke me from a dead sleep again last night. Kept me awake for quite awhile as well. Today I had the opportunity to take a nap so I seized the opportunity and laid on the couch and slept. When I woke up Dennis was asleep in the recliner and Ben was coming through the door from working all day. "You guys just sitting around or sleeping?" was his question. He isn't really used to seeing us just lounging about in the late afternoon, at least when we aren't in front of the computer or reading a book! Both just knackered. Ben changed clothes, loaded his truck with miscellaneous stuff and off to his great grandmother's house he went to start tearing out a chimney! Bravo Ben! At least one of us had some energy. At any rate I'm glad I took the nap but my back pain transferred to my left shoulder and upper arm. At least it's not my right arm! I am really pathetic!
