
Well, so far I’m at 100% for exercise days. Both yesterday and today I exercised for 20 minutes. I’ve got to confess, that’s about all I wanted. I’m feeling muscles long forgotten, as in “Why do my legs hurt?” or “Gosh my arms feel wobbly.” For the areobic bit, I run up and down the stairs about 5 times. It works my legs and makes my heart pound. I’m also stretching and doing strength training using what amounts to giant elastic bands. They really work. I feel as though I’ve done something when I’m finished. I can tell I really need this. I’m weak! I have little stamina. When the weather improves, I will probably ride the bicycle to work on occasion or possibly even walk there. (It’s only 2 miles)
Keep watching this spot for updates! (well not exactly THIS spot but you know what I mean!)

I went for a walk with Allie and Robin a couple weeks ago and my legs cramped up SO badly... it was embarrassing :P
