Last night we watched Pan's Labyrinth. I won't say it was the worst film I've ever watched but it was highly disappointing! I didn't mind it being all in Spanish and reading the subtitles. I got used to that. The film was just bloody awful..... and awfully bloody! It was horribly violent, filled with hate and fear and had very few sequences even IN the Labyrinth! Very little fantasy and loads of horrible reality. I wanted to be entertained but instead was depressed and disgusted. **Note to Rachel: DO NOT WATCH THIS FILM!!**
I'm at work today so I can have Saturday off. Denny and I are going to Columbus, OH to an Italian car show. Whilst there I also plan to go to some shoppes and our friends and we will all eat out Saturday night.
The computer problems at work are calming down as are the personnel. We still have a few issues to sort out but overall it was nearly painless. Yesterday I cataloged some magazines using the new process. It is only a bit different than before and so I am having no problem with it.
Today's interesting fact: Box office earnings for Pan's Labyrinth: Worldwide:$82,293,315!!!

I have to agree with the review of Pan's Labyrinth. I thought it was going to be a kind of dark fantasy, like a Grimm's Fairy Tale. I didn't expect it be a glorified Nazi movie where innocent men get their faces beat in with a glass bottle.

We rented The Hobbit cartoon movie last week... now THAT's quality fantasy!
