I have acquired a new gnome. Does one acquire a gnome or adopt one? Hmmm... Whichever way it works, I have a new gnome. This one is bigger and taller than "Albert Noddy Scuttlebutt" (my first gnome) so I figure he could be his Dad. After only a bit of deliberation I have christened this gnome "Topper Leaf-bow Scuttlebutt." He is a cute little fellow and seems willing to offer either seeds or water to passing birds. I will wait until Spring to put the lads outside though. This Winter weather is just too hard on them.
In other news, or what passes for such in my dull but lovely life, I am feeling better than yesterday. Today's sinus headache is mild compared with yesterday's which could easily have been called "horrific" if you choose to actually name a headache. I am still blaming the dreadful weather. Yesterday broke a record with a high of 64F! Today is to be similar but with rain and wind to make it all the more pleasant. Hopefully the trees and all their bits will stay where they belong and not on the roof.
